One of the oldest practices of yoga is the deep relaxation method YOGA NIDRA, yogic sleep.
In these 45 minutes you let my voice accompany you, into your subconscious and into a very healing & effective state of theta multiple waves. You experience lying down deepest relaxation on all levels with a guided Yoga Nidra journey.

Yoga Nidra has the potential to make you feel at home again, to feel yourself and to be able to perceive your essence, your glow, which is buried in the everyday life of so many people under the doing & doing.
Probably the most effortless way to get close to yourself
WHAT YOU NEED
In addition to the yoga mat I recommend a thick blanket underneath. You can also have a yoga cushion or some sofa cushions ready to place under your knees.
You could also lie down in bed or on your sofa.
Another blanket to cover up.
Possibly an eye pillow doer a thin scarf to be able to withdraw nicely into yourself.
