This class wants to support you on all levels to perceive yourself in your essence.

We use our physical body, the breath, work with our emotions and the resulting energy in the body, and we use the most stress-free way to get to that untouchable inner peaceful place: Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation.

SOUL SUNDAY is based on my personal experiences with tension in the body, a restless mind, or strong emotions in the present or past that have not been fully felt or lived.

This has given rise to a symbiosis of different practices which liberating, soothing, activating and heartwarming act at the same time.

This sequence allows your body and your possibly pent-up emotions into the flow to come ~ like water.

It can feel like a internal cleaning where you end up in deep relaxation from your Soul energy once touched or kissed all over the body.

A soothing, gentle yet powerful symbiosis of hatha yoga, somatic movements, yin yoga and a yoga nidra journey. > This is the first SOUL SUNDAY ever and my first live-online class after the baby break.
