This class wants to support you on all levels to perceive yourself in your essence.

We use our physical body, the breath, work with our emotions and the resulting energy in the body, and we use the most stress-free way to get to that untouchable inner peaceful place: Yoga Nidra, deep relaxation.

SOUL SUNDAY is based on my personal experiences with tension in the body, a restless mind, or strong emotions in the present or past that have not been fully felt or lived.

This has given rise to a symbiosis of different practices which liberating, soothing, activating and heartwarming act at the same time.

Here's what you can expect in THIS SEQENCY specifically:

A calm and soothing practice that is wonderful if you have a lot on your mind and are feeling "airy", i.e. have a lot of Vata in your system. Ideal in fall and winter, when the element air >Vata< is elevated anyway.

A symbiosis of gentle, repetitive exercises from yoga and somatics with an extensive, grounding yoga nidra journey at the end.

Dhis sequence can look like a RESET and introduces you to concrete tools for FRUST, OVERFATIGUE, MADNESS or the feeling of DEADNESS/FREEZE and invites you to to feel yourself in your center.

In summary:

• YOGA ASANA > Mobility in the body & feeling yourself
• SOMATIC MOVEMENT > Release emotions & pent-up energy
• YIN YOGA & YOGA NIDRA INFUSED > melt & relax completely
