​Let yourself feel loved & connected ~ towards yourself & your precious body, your baby and other mothers. Through the power of Sound, Ritual Cacao & your voic

In a circle of mothers (also pregant women are welcome) we meet at heart-level to share, let go of tension and regulate our nervous systems

What you can expect:

• SHARING CIRCLE of mothers & pregant women

• Guided somatic MOVEMENT to release tension

• CACAO CEREMONY to open our hearts with ancient organic Ritual Cacao from Peru

• MANTRA Singing Circle to free your voice

• Short MEDITATION to go within

• Relaxing SELF-MASSAGE for you & your Baby

I will be hosting this event with my 10 months old daughter Freya and my mother at our home in Vale da Telha.

In a small group of 5 participating women with their Babies we gather, we chant, play, sip the heart opening medicine of ritual cacao and you are invideted to feel held and loved on all levels.

Babys from 0-2 years are welcome. If you´d like to bring your mother, a dear friend or auntie, please feel free and purchase a second ticket for 1 adult.

The rest of the total price, which is a sliding scale 25-35€, can be payed on site in cash (you choose: 10-20€).

In case you can´t be present that day, please let us know as soon as possible. You have the option to offer your ticket to another mother in your circle who would like to take your spot.
