How does the booking work?
To secure one of the places, fill out the booking form on this page. You will then receive an email from us with your invoice and a welcome booklet containing all the next steps and a packing list. Your booking is only confirmed once the refund amount has been credited to the specified account. If you pay in installments click on the next button.
Can I pay in installments?
Flexible installment payment is possible (up to max. 10 installments). Please feel free to contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will find the perfect solution for you.
Do I have to participate in everything?
We encourage you to enjoy the retreat fully for yourself. And in your own way: If you feel more like rest instead of a hiking trip, you are free to do so. This applies to all contents. Everything can, nothing must.
Nutrition, allergies, etc.
All food & drinks that we enjoy in the hut will be vegetarian be. Gluten-free & vegan are no problem: Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances and any other important information regarding your diet when you register.
Please note that our dog Stevie will be with us if you suffer from an animal hair allergy. Stevie is calm and cozy and has already cured a participant of dog anxiety <3
Can I bring my partner?
The double rooms are so cozy and invite you to bring your partner. He/she is welcome and can freely choose which program points he/she wants to join. If your partner has little access to yoga, he/she might be curious about Breathwork with Bene or a Cacao Ceremony and will surely join you on the hike. Since all offers are free to choose, the price does not change.
Cancellation policies
If you cancel before May 31st, you will receive your total amount minus a processing fee of 150,-€. If you cancel after 31.05., the amount will be retained, but you can transfer your place to another person at any time.
Are there any other extra costs?
Travel and expenses during your free time are not included. If we go hiking, you can prepare a wonderful packed lunch to your liking at the breakfast buffet, which is of course included in the retreat price.
How do I get the accomodation i wish?
First come first serve: When you register, you choose your room category.
The hut has a total of 7 double rooms and a dormitory in the attic with 10 beds. There are 3 single rooms available.
How to get there?
Arrival is independent (e.g. 2 hours from Munich by car). Check-in is from 14:00. We start with a snack together. The program starts at 16:00.
You will receive the exact address after booking.
All people arriving by train can either take the Kempten train station (12 km, cab connection), Immenstadt (10 km, cab connection) or Martinszell (approx. 4 km, nearest possibility without cab connection).
