about Jessica Nagel
I sensed early on that there was more to her. More than the sweet, good girl who feels like she needs to please everyone. There was a longing inside of me - for freedom, for depth, for something that is not visible but can be felt.
At 18, a new world opened up to me. The first time all alone. The first time: anything is possible. I sensed that my path would not be a straight one - but a wild, quiet, powerful one.
Years later - in the midst of the glamour of the event world, between red carpets and after-show parties i organized - I realized: I function, but I no longer feel myself. My body was getting loud, my heart tired. So I left.
In 2018, my partner & I were sitting in our VW Camper, somewhere in Uruguay, and I knew that the real journey was about to begin. A journey back to myself. Under a wide sky, to the rhythm of nature, without a plan - but with an open heart.
INTI YOGA emerged from this stillness, from this vastness. From a deep remembrance of who I am - and what I want to share. Since then, I have been able to open spaces in which others can remember. In which we heal, laugh, grow, cry and flow together.
Then she came - my daughter. On a magical night, in our home, in Portugal. Her arrival was like a cosmic YES. To me. To my womanhood. To my work in the world. To everything that I am.
Today I live connectedness. I hold space for truth, for light and shadow. I remind you of what you have always been and will always be: whole & complete.

Can i participate for a lower rate?
Yes, we offer discounted scholarship places at all our retreats.
Would you love to be there, but it seems financially difficult or even impossible right now? Send a message to jessy@inti-yoga.de with your possible budget and WHY you would like to participate.
So far, we have always been able to find a solution for all interested parties.
How does the booking work?
To secure one of the 6 places, fill out the registration form on this page. You will then receive an email from us within 48 hours detailing the next steps. Your booking is only confirmed as soon as the refund amount has been credited to the specified account. If you would like to pay in monthly rates (even until after the Retreat) click on the next button.
Can I pay in rates/payment plans?
Flexible payment is possible for ALL budgets. Please feel free to contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will find the perfect solution for you.
What is light & shadow work?
We dig deep. With pleasure and without any pressure to dig. Feeling the darkness, but not being swallowed up by it. We want to taste the sweetness of life together, feel inner freedom and feel safe in both crying and laughing. It's about remembering your inner gold, that place within you that is untouchable and full of peace.

Is the retreat for singles or couples?
Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or with friends, this retreat offers space for you to unfold, regardless of whether you are traveling with or without a loved one.
IMPORTANT: If you book as a couple, you will receive a discount of 300€ in total!
Cancellation policies
If you cancel before August 22nd, you will receive your total amount minus an expense allowance of 350,-€.
If you cancel after August 22, the total amount will be retained, but you can transfer your place to another person at any time.
Are there any other extra costs?
Not included are the journey by plane (shuttle service will be organized, see next field) and expenses in your free time.
How to get there?
We organize a shuttle service from Lisbon airport and from Faro airport on Oct. 11 around noon.
The additional costs for this are between 25-50€ pp/ride.
How do I get the accomodation i wish?
First come first serve: When you register, you choose your room category.
The villa has 1 TWIN room, 3 double rooms (2 of which are used as single rooms).
3 of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with WC and shower. There are also 2 separate toilets.

Nutrition, allergies, etc.
All the food & drinks we will enjoy vegetarian and in fresh & in organic quality . Gluten-free, vegan etc. are no problem: please let us know about any allergies, intolerances and any other important information regarding your diet when you register.
