Schon fr\u00fch sp\u00fcrte ich: Da gibt es mehr. Mehr als das liebe, brave M\u00e4dchen, das allen gefallen m\u00f6chte. In mir lebte eine Sehnsucht \u2013 nach Freiheit<\/strong>, nach Tiefe<\/strong>, nach etwas, das nicht sichtbar, aber f\u00fchlbar war.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mit 18 \u00f6ffnete sich mir eine neue Welt: Das erste Mal ganz allein. Das erste Mal „Alles ist m\u00f6glich“. Ich sp\u00fcrte, dass mein Weg kein gerader sein w\u00fcrde \u2013 sondern ein wilder, leiser, kraftvoller.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jahre sp\u00e4ter \u2013 mitten im Glanz der Eventwelt, zwischen roten Teppichen und Aftershow-Partys \u2013 merkte ich: Ich funktioniere, aber ich f\u00fchle mich nicht mehr. Mein K\u00f6rper wurde laut, mein Herz m\u00fcde. Also bin ich gegangen.<\/span><\/p>\n

2018 sa\u00dfen wir in unserem VW Bus, irgendwo in Uruguay, und ich wusste: Jetzt beginnt das Eigentliche. Eine Reise zur\u00fcck zu mir<\/strong>. Unter weitem Himmel, im Rhythmus der Natur, ohne Plan \u2013 aber mit offenem Herzen.<\/span><\/p>\n

INTI YOGA entstand aus dieser Stille, aus dieser Weite heraus. Aus einer tiefen Erinnerung<\/strong> daran, wer ich bin \u2013 und was ich teilen m\u00f6chte. Seitdem darf ich R\u00e4ume \u00f6ffnen, in denen andere sich erinnern. In denen wir gemeinsam heilen, lachen, wachsen, weinen, flie\u00dfen und uns bewegen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dann kam sie \u2013 meine Tochter. In einer magischen Nacht, in unserem Zuhause, in Portugal. Ihr Ankommen war wie ein kosmisches JA<\/strong>. Zu mir. Zu meinem Frausein. Zu meinem Wirken in der Welt. Zu allem, was ich bin und mich umgibt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Heute lebe ich Verbundenheit mit mir selbst, der Erde und dem Kosmos.<\/strong> Ich halte Raum f\u00fcr Wahrheit, f\u00fcr Licht und Schatten. Ich gebe Readings, arbeite mit Energieheilung<\/strong> & Theta Healing, unterrichte Yoga als somatische Erfahrung<\/strong>, gebe Ausbildungen und Retreats.<\/span><\/p>\n
