Jennifer is the founder of YOGA CIRCLES and combines knowledge of cyclical, feminine yoga: in the rhythm of the seasons, the moon and her own body. In women's circles, training courses and with medical women, she understood why this is so nourishing: Honoring yin, letting go of control, moving from functioning back to feeling.
Today, she lovingly holds spaces in circles - in yoga classes, workshops, retreats and 1:1s - and now passes on this bundled knowledge.

All the food & drinks that we enjoy at BAUM are vegetarian and organic quality be.
Gluten-free & vegan are no problem: Please inform us of any allergies, intolerances and any other important information regarding your diet in the message field when you register.
I am going through the menopause, is this course still suitable for me?
Yes, you are and remain a cyclical being and it is an enrichment for every woman when women in different phases of life are part of the group. We also deal with the earth, moon and life cycles. So you are very welcome!
Do I have to attend all online events LIVE
We urge you to make these appointments possible.
There will of course also be recordingsif you can't be there live.
Cancellation policies
If you cancel before 31.01.2026, you will receive your total amount back minus an administration fee of € 450. If you cancel after 31.01.2026, the amount will be retained, but you can transfer your place to another woman yourself at any time. However, if we can easily give your place to another woman on the waiting list after 31.01.206, you will receive your total amount back minus an administration fee of €450.

Not included are your overnight stay at DER BAUM and meals there, as well as expenses in your free time.

The seminar center the tree lies At the Inslingbachabout five minutes by car from the highway exit Inzersdorf im Kremstal and is therefore easy to reach.
Our seminar center is well signposted from Inzersdorf and the road On the Koglerberg leads directly to the area of the tree.
TRAVELING BY TRAIN
Travel relaxed by train! Get off at the stop Kirchdorf an der Krems and take a cab directly to the seminar center. the tree bring. If you are flexible in terms of time, it is also possible to use a public bus.

I am already a yoga teacher, what benefits do I get from this training?
Yoga is a very Male tradition and most YTT do not integrate knowledge about the female body or how to practice yoga according to the phases of the cycle and as a woman (feminine way).
You will also learn and experience Rituals, tools & practices that go far beyond the world of yoga and support you sustainably on your way.
You will also experience and feel a form of sisterhood that is infinitely healing and goes far beyond the yogic world ~
Can I teach Yoga Nidra, Womb Yoga, Yin Yoga etc. after this training?
TOGETHER WE RISE cannot, of course, replace pure Yoga Nidra training in its format.
What we deeply believe in is, however, self-awareness as a basis: for example, if you practise Yoga Nidra regularly with different teachers and styles and follow our additional book recommendations during and after this training + you feel called and empowered to share this millennia-old deep relaxation method: Go for it!
Knowledge is essential, yes. Also to protect your participants from potential injuries, etc.
At the same time, we don't need a certificate for everything in order to allow ourselves to share our gifts with the world <3
AND: You will receive a personalized, official certificate from us for this training.
I don't have a uterus/ovaries, is this training still suitable for me?
Yes. Even without the physical organ, all women have the energetic potential in the lap room and can work with it and draw from it.
